Reference is made to ManagePay’s announcement on 8 March 2012, 23 May 2012, 28 August 2012, 19 November 2012, 19 February 2013, 20 May 2013, 12 August 2013, 22 November 2013, 24 February 2014 and 21 May 2014 in relation to the MOU for the setting up of a two-way China-Malaysia e-commerce platform.

The Board of Directors of ManagePay wishes to inform that there has been no change since the last announcement on 21 May 2014.

The Company will provide an update if there is any further material development in respect of the MOU.
