The Board of Directors of MANAGEPAY wishes to announce that Mr Soon Kian Heng did not seek for re-election at the Fourth Annual General Meeting ("4th AGM"). Therefore, he retired as Director of the Company in accordance with Article 77 of the Company's Articles of Association at the conclusion of the 4th AGM held on today, 18 June 2014 and he shall cease to be a member of Nomination Committee ("NC") accordingly.
Following the above retirement, the NC shall comprise the following member:-
1. Mr Cheong Chee Yun, NC Chairman (Independent Non-Executive Director).
The Company will seek suitable candidate to be appointed as a member of the NC.
