Reference is made to ManagePay’s announcements on 14 July 2011 and 19 December 2011 in relation to the MOU to jointly develop Malaysian swift nest online business.
The Board of Directors of ManagePay wishes to inform that this MOU had lapsed and both Sina Technologies Sdn Bhd, and Taisea Capital Limited did not seek for extension to this MOU.
