The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the announcements dated 25 April 2012, 30 April 2012, 11 May 2012 and 15 May 2012 in relation to the Proposals.
We refer to the announcement dated 25 April 2012 on the above.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of ManagePay, OSK Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Controller of Foreign Exchange (via Bank Negara Malaysia) had, vide its letter dated 21 May 2012 which was received on 23 May 2012, approved the issuance of the Warrants to the non-resident shareholders of the Company pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue With Warrants.
The Proposed Rights Issue With Warrants is now subject to the approval of the shareholders of ManagePay at the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 28 May 2012, details of which were set out in the circular to shareholders dated 4 May 2012.
