The Board of Directors of ManagePay wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval for the following matters at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting of the Company:-
(a) Proposed shareholders’ ratification for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“Proposed Shareholders’ Ratification”); and
(b) Proposed shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate”).
Details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Ratification and Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be disclosed in a circular to the shareholders which will be despatched to shareholders of the Company in due course.
