The Board of Directors of ManagePay wishes to announce that the Company proposes to amend the Articles of Association of the Company to be in line with the amendments to the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad effective 3 January 2012 and any prevailing laws, rules, regulations, orders, guidelines or requirements of the relevant authorities and for administrative efficiency (“Proposed Amendments”).
The Proposed Amendments shall be tabled as Special Business at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting (“2nd AGM”) and are subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the 2nd AGM.
Details of the Proposed Amendments will be set out in the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2011.
