All defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by ManagePay Systems Berhad dated 22 February 2011.
Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 22 February 2011 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 2 March 2011 or at such other later time and date or dates as the Directors and Underwriter may mutually decide, at their absolute discretion.
In the event the closing date of the application for the IPO is extended, the Company will advertise a notice of the extension in widely-circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers prior to the original closing date of applications for the IPO. Following this, the dates for the balloting of applications for the Public Issue Shares, allotment of the Public Issue Shares and Listing would be extended accordingly.
