The Board of Directors of ManagePay is pleased to announce that ManagePay, had on 30 March 2012 entered into a Merchant Acquisition Incentive Agreement (“Agreement”) with Visa Worldwide Pte Limited for signing up new merchants in relation to the acceptance of card payments, including but not limited to electronic data capture terminals and mobile point of sale devices.
