The Board of Directors of ManagePay wishes to announce that the Company had on 28 March 2012 afternoon received a letter from Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (?MDEC?), an organisation mandated by the Government to visualise and drive Digital Malaysia, dated 27 March 2012 (?Letter?) stated that MDEC will work closely with ManagePay towards the successful implementation of the project on ? Enabling ePayment Services for SMEs and Micro Enterprises" , subject to:
a) further discussions between ManagePay and MDEC and/or such other parties as may be involved in the said project;
b) such enquiry and due diligence as may be deemed necessary and required to be conducted by the relevant parties;
c) the execution of a contract (if any) by the relevant parties on their respective rights and obligations in relation to the said project; and
d) the express understanding that no reliance whatsoever shall be placed on this Letter and should any actions be taken by any party in reliance thereon, it shall be at that party's own costs and risks without any liability to MDEC and/or the Government.

DOCUMENTS FOR INSPECTION
The Letter is available for inspection at the registered office of ManagePay at Lot 6.05, Level 6, KPMG Tower, 8 First Avenue, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, during normal business hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
