The Board of Directors of ManagePay wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval for the proposed renewal of existing shareholders’ mandate and new shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate”) at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be disclosed in a Circular to the Shareholders which will be despatched to shareholders of the Company in due course.
