We refer to the announcement dated 23 September 2015 pertaining to the above subject matter. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of ManagePay wishes to announce that on 10 December 2015, Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission has extended MSC Trustgate’s licence as Certification Authority from 25 July 2015 to 24 July 2020, a condition that must be fulfilled in Clause 2.1.1 (c) of the SPA dated 22 September 2015.

The Board of ManagePay further announces that the Company and the Vendor have mutually extended the completion period of the SPA which shall be completed within 3 months from the date of the SPA subject to the fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the SPA for another one (1) month to finalise the documentation.
