The Board of Directors of ManagePay wishes to announce that MRSB has received a Letter of Notification from UnionPay dated 27 March 2015 on the registration of MRSB as a UnionPay Third Party Service Provider (the "Services") with the following services:-

a) Services types(s):

Switching/Gateway Services, System Operation and Product Management of UnionPay Card Issuance and Acquiring.

b) Service country/region:

Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia.

MRSB is responsible to apply to UnionPay in advance if MRSB desires to expend or change the services type and/or territory other than those listed above.

INTEREST OF DIRECTORS, MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS AND/ OR PERSONS CONNECTED WITH THEM

None of the Directors and/ or major shareholders of ManagePay and/ or any persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Letter of Notification.
