The Board of Directors of ManagePay (“Board”) wishes to inform that the Company’s Sponsor, RHB Investment Bank Berhad (“RHB Investment Bank”) has completed their tenure as Sponsor of the Company on 31 December 2014 and accordingly, has ceased to be the Company’s Sponsor with effect from 1 January 2015. The Board also wishes to announce that the Company will not be renewing its Sponsorship with RHB Investment Bank and will not be appointing another Sponsor.

The Company has fulfilled the requirement under Rule 3.21(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) which requires a company listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities to secure and maintain the services of a Sponsor for at least three (3) full financial years after its admission to the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.
